Omg, the beds were like sleeping on marshmallows! 😍 breakfast was yummy & staff was super friendly. Only downside: construction views. Overall, cozy stay with great service!

The hotel was fantastic, the service top-notch, and the location, close to the Cruise Port, was super convenient! The beautiful gardens were a perfect spot for a morning stroll, and Lorenzo's Restaurant and Cabaret was a gem with its lovely piano music and delicious food. An event with loud music was a minor downside, but the staff quickly fixed it and offered alternatives without any hassle. A wonderful spot for a pre-cruise stay! 🚢

Loved our 1-nights stay. Comfortable beds and climate control, pay TV and a microwave. It was large and everything was modern.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we appreciated our choice. The continental breakfast was great and had plenty of meals.

However, the cigarette smoke in the hallways was off-putting, and my wife had a bad experience with a chemical smell in the room. Overall, a mixed stay but with some positives.

The staff at Lorenzo's were very accommodating, the lobby was spacious and beautiful, and the room was a good size. However, check-in staff were unpleasant and debited my card twice. Noise isolation was lacking, and the AC was noisy. On the upside, the room was clean, well-equipped, and had comfortable beds in a great location with easy parking.

Everything was perfect, pleasant staff made our stay wonderful. We had a non-smoking double room with fans and a king bed, for example. The check-in was smooth, we liked coffee bar.

The location was the standout feature, but the phones didn't work in our room, and towels were scarce. Misinformed about checkout time. Rude front desk experience. Lorenzo's staff were unfriendly, food subpar, with a strange dining policy. Room damp and poorly maintained. Good staff and amenities but lacking upkeep.

I absolutely adored the hotel's elegant interior with its charming decorations, making me feel like I was in a cozy and inviting space. The general areas were beautifully maintained, and I particularly appreciated the comfortable seating areas that allowed me to rest during my walks. As a senior, I found the hotel's accessibility excellent, with well-lit pathways and helpful staff always available to assist with any needs.

I wish for better vacation experiences for senior people, it would be beneficial for the children of the staff to provide more comprehensive information about local attractions and activities for older guests, ensuring a delightful and stress-free stay.

I stayed at the hotel for the NYC marathon and Hilton Garden Inn was incredibly accommodating. They offered a free shuttle to the race start, a special pasta dinner the night before, and an early buffet breakfast on race day. The staff, especially the shuttle bus drivers, were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, with a bar that was great at night and a comfortable room. The hotel staff, including the management of the restaurant, were extremely professional and helpful. The owners, Mr. & Mrs. Richard Nicotra, were visible daily and took the time to interact with the guests.

Breakfast is good but no rocket. The location is good for work because I have clients in NJ as well as Brooklyn and Long Is. and I also do day trips to other states from Newark airport, for my own good and to move around by car as well. Now, if anyone comes to see the city, don't even think about staying here because it's so far away and without a car you'll be completely isolated.

The hotel is not old, but if a little worn, the breakfast is not the pear, the gym is just the bar is small and dark and well you are isolated in Staten Is, I think the price is exaggerated. I see that in Manhattan there are better offers. I think this hotel shouldn't cost more than 120 eur per night.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference session and found the large work desk with an ergonomic chair by Herman Miller to be extremely helpful for my work. The facilities measuring 10000 square feet, including a conference center, were convenient for my professional needs.

I always choose this place. They helped with currency exchange. Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, swimming pool, kitchenette. Coming back for Easter.
